PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND JOINT VENTURE PARTICIPATION WITH LANDOWNERS
In many cases, land owners acquire real estate without the expertise to see projects through to fruition. Arten Development Group provides project management services on retainer so that land owners can see the project completed properly. With a fixed price management agreement, Arten will oversee the project on behalf of land owners; including re-zoning, site plan approvals, Committee of Adjustment hearings, OMB hearings, and political processes (like residents’ meetings, council support, etc.). Arten can arrange financing, Tarion enrolment, sales and marketing, and construction management. Many land owners retain Arten Development Group as their project manager so that Arten can direct this process on their behalf.
